1. What is your standard MOQ for custom bags?
Our standard MOQ ranges from 100–500 pcs depending on the material and printing method. For urgent promotions or new product testing, low-quantity pilots are also available to help you control inventory risk.
2. What materials do you offer and which are most durable?
We supply cotton, canvas, polyester, RPET, nylon, jute, microfiber, PU, and custom-developed fabrics.
For long-term durability and high load-bearing performance, thick canvas (12–16 oz) and 600D polyester are the preferred options.
3. Can you provide samples before mass production?
Yes. We offer stock samples within 2–3 days and custom samples within 5–7 days, including printing. Samples can be made according to your artwork, material swatches, and construction requirements.
4. How do you ensure consistent quality across different production batches?
We implement a three-level QC system:
-
Raw material inspection
-
In-line production checks
-
Final AQL 2.5/4.0 inspection before shipment
If required, we also support third-party audits such as SGS, BV, or Intertek.
5. Do your bags meet environmental or compliance standards?
Yes. Materials can comply with REACH, OEKO-TEX, GRS, CPSIA, and other regulations according to your market requirements. Certificates or test reports are provided by accredited labs.
6. What is your production lead time?
Regular orders require 15–25 days after sample approval.
Complex designs, special hardware, or large quantities may require 25–35 days, but we prioritize peak-season timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
7. Can you help with design, artwork, or packaging solutions?
Absolutely. Our design team supports logo layout, print optimization, dieline drafting, and packaging customization to help you create retail-ready products with minimal effort.
8. What printing methods do you provide?
We offer screen printing, heat transfer, digital printing, sublimation, embroidery, and UV printing.
Our team will recommend the most cost-efficient option based on your artwork, color density, and fabric type.
9. How do you handle price stability when material costs fluctuate?
We provide locked-in pricing for confirmed PO quantities and offer alternative materials when markets shift. For long-term projects, we can structure quarterly or half-year pricing agreements to support planning.
10. Do you provide logistics and consolidation services?
Yes. We support sea, air, courier, and DDP options. Your shipments can be consolidated from multiple factories across China and Southeast Asia, reducing cost and simplifying your supply chain.
