Frequently asked questions
Can the product be customized with a logo or private label?
Yes, subject to the material surface, artwork, decoration method, order quantity and approved sample. Send vector artwork and the required logo size and position for review.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
MOQ and timing are project-based. They are confirmed in writing after the material, dimensions, artwork, quantity split, packing and production schedule have been reviewed.
Can a sample be approved before bulk production?
A sample route can be discussed after the complete brief is reviewed. Sample cost, timing, revision scope and courier arrangements are confirmed for the project.
How are material, performance or sustainability claims confirmed?
Any composition, environmental, performance or compliance claim must match the final specification and applicable supporting documents for the order. A listing title or reference image alone is not treated as evidence.
