“Navy” can refer to shell, cord, thread, lining, ink and hardware—each made through a different process. Give each a component-specific color ID. Packing can affect both cost and appearance. Show the fold sequence, cord position, tissue or insert if required, unit-pack material, warning or market label requirements, barcode data ownership, pieces per inner/outer pack, carton arrangement and shipping-mark approval process.

Keep regulated warnings and claims separate from decorative copy. Ask the responsible party to confirm destination-market requirements. A supplier should not infer a warning, fiber label or environmental mark from a picture.
