Do not substitute another clear polymer or a new formulation without written approval. PVC, TPU, EVA and other clear systems can look similar while behaving differently in welding, sewing, odor, temperature, surface and compliance.

Clear PVC can reveal scratches, folds, blocking and hardware pressure. Approve folding, puller position, separators or sleeves, unit pack, carton quantity and arrangement. Confirm that protective material does not stick, transfer or leave residue.
At receipt, inspect representative units before distribution and link issues to material and production lots. Retain the approved sample and receiving evidence for reorders.
