State the wearer, channel, garment fit, use frequency, climate, care route, order quantity, size range, colors, logo positions and target delivery. A design digitized for a stable heavy jersey may pucker or sink into a lighter, more elastic knit. Approve a Same-Fabric Sew-Out

Turn the garment inside out. Check backing trim distance, sharp corners, loose bobbin thread, long travel stitches, knots, oil, residue and any applied comfort cover. Define which reverse-side features are acceptable rather than hiding them in photography. The inspector should confirm that trimming has not cut the garment or embroidery and that repeated rubbing against skin or an undershirt will not expose a hard edge. Test Puckering, Gapping and Distortion

Lay the shirt relaxed on a flat surface after sewing and conditioning.
