What information is needed for an accurate quotation?
Send the product link or reference image, order quantity, dimensions, material requirement, colors, logo artwork, packing, destination, Incoterm and target delivery date.
What are the MOQ and production lead time?
Both are project-based. They depend on material availability, construction, custom color, decoration, quantity split, packing and the production schedule, and are confirmed in writing.
Can I approve a sample before bulk production?
A sample route can be discussed after the complete brief is reviewed. Sample cost, timing, revision scope and courier arrangements are confirmed for the project.
Which logo and branding methods are available?
Possible methods may include printing, embroidery, patches, labels or other suitable decoration. The method is selected after reviewing the material surface, artwork detail, logo size, color count, quantity and target appearance.
Can you confirm organic, recycled, biodegradable or other sustainability claims?
Only when the final material specification and applicable supporting documents cover the order. A product name, reference image or historical certificate alone is not sufficient.
How are waterproof, safety or other performance claims handled?
The required performance must be defined in the specification and matched to an appropriate material, construction and test method. Confirmation is limited to the tested product or order scope.
How is quality checked?
The inspection scope is agreed for the order and can cover dimensions, construction, appearance, logo placement, workmanship, function and packing against the approved specification or sample.
Can labels, barcodes and export packing be customized?
